In about 30 minutes we get to know each other, talk about your goals (and what keeps you from living the life you want to live..).
At the end of the session you will have a picture of the power of coaching and we will both know if my coaching is what you need at the moment to develop yourself further.

Packages

Based on your goals you decide if you prefer single sessions or a package of several sessions. Let´s be flexible here! Prices depend on the package, stating at 10 sessions for 60€ the session
You also decide if you want to focus on your body, your mind OR combine both (45 minutes Coaching, 15 minutes Personal Training).

Sessions

I know the busy schedule of a mom! I bring the flexibility to fit the sessions and the exercises in between the sessions into your schedule. Sessions take place online for 45-60 minutes.
We always define Action Steps and/ or Exercises so that you always now what to work on in between the sessions. I am also available for questions in between, so you will never feel lost!
