Hello, I'm Greta, mom of two wonderful girls and married to a loving husband. Even as a little girl, I loved just listening to others. Every life situation is so unique! It was clear to me early on that I wanted to study Psychology. I already pursued my passion for coaching during my studies and completed the Systemic Business Coach.
For too long I have tried to be there for everything and everyone myself. That meant that I never really looked after myself and also felt permanently unsatisfied. Through my training I have learned how I can take time for myself with a clear conscience and regain my energy and charisma.
Excitingly, our path as a family has taken us to the USA for three years. This gave me the opportunity to train myself as an NLP Life Coach and Health Coach using the latest methods and to be certified. I've always loved the sport and I'm generally very active. For me, the certification as a Personal Trainer was the piece of the puzzle that complemented my knowledge of psychology and nutrition in a meaningful way.
From the beginning I was convinced in my coaching work that everyone is capable of anything they really want and that we already have the answers within us. Sometimes you just need a little support and guidance to find the right path and to follow it.
It leads to me women who complain of symptoms such as stress, stomach ache, headache, weight gain, back pain or even nervousness, anxiety and sleep disorders. In my sessions we look behind these symptoms so that in the end you can not only understand where these complaints come from, but also how you can shape your life sustainably in order to counteract them. We always look ahead, generating solutions and alternatives that correspond to how you really want to live your life.
As a working mom, passionate sweet tooth and "manager" of the household, I know exactly how it feels to want to be there for everyone (just not for yourself), to coordinate your job and private life, while staying strong, relaxed and creative and then to eat healthily ...
Everything is possible and you can even have fun doing it!
